Moroccan Harissa Paste
0.25 tablespoons
Red onion, thinly sliced

Black olives (pitted olives can be used)

Fresh mint, chopped
0.5 tablespoons
Seeded tomatoes, diced
0.06 cups
Eggs
1 piece
Cumin
0.06 teaspoons
Paprika
0.06 teaspoons
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil

Preparation Instructions
Toast the focaccia bread in a skillet or on a toasted bread grill until warm and slightly crispy on one side.
Combine the Puck Squeeze Cheese with the harissa and mix well.
Spread the Puck Squeeze Cheese and harissa mixture over the toasted focaccia.
In a nonstick skillet, cook the eggs in olive oil for approximately 1-2 minutes, until the whites and yolks are set to your liking.
Place the cooked eggs on top of the focaccia bread spread with the cheese mixture.
Combine the tomatoes, onion, and chopped mint. Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Serve the tomato mixture alongside the focaccia, olives, and more Puck Squeeze Cheese.
