Puck Squeeze Cheese is the perfect filling for this delicious honeycomb cake.
ingredients
White flour
0.25 kg
Yogurt
0.25 cup
Sugar
0.5 tablespoon
Salt
0.25 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
0.25 cup
Baking powder
0.5 tablespoon
Yeast
0.25 tablespoon
Place the flour, oil, sugar, salt, and milk in a large bowl and knead the mixture well.
Mix the yeast with a cup of warm water and a pinch of sugar. When the mixture starts to foam, pour it over the dough and mix well, adding more warm water as needed.
After two hours, grease your hands with oil, take a small piece of dough, and place some cheese inside. Then, roll the dough into a ball.
Repeat the process according to the number of balls desired for the cake. Place the balls in a baking tray next to each other.
After a quarter of an hour, place the tray in the middle of the oven at medium heat for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
