Preparation Instructions
Toast the focaccia bread in a skillet or on a toasted bread grill until warm and slightly crispy on one side.
Combine the Puck Squeeze Cheese with the harissa and mix well.
Spread the Puck Squeeze Cheese and harissa mixture over the toasted focaccia.
In a nonstick skillet, cook the eggs in olive oil for approximately 1-2 minutes, until the whites and yolks are set to your liking.
Place the cooked eggs on top of the focaccia bread spread with the cheese mixture.
Combine the tomatoes, onion, and chopped mint. Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
Serve the tomato mixture alongside the focaccia, olives, and more Puck Squeeze Cheese.

Preparation Instructions
Mix the milk, Puck whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until well blended.
Soak the bread slices in this mixture for 5 to 7 minutes.
In a nonstick skillet, melt a little butter, then cook the soaked bread slices for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Repeat this step with the remaining bread slices.
Place the toasted French bread on serving plates, top with Puck Squeeze Cheese, garnish with strawberries, then drizzle with honey and enjoy.

Place the flour, oil, sugar, salt, and milk in a large bowl and knead the mixture well.
Mix the yeast with a cup of warm water and a pinch of sugar. When the mixture starts to foam, pour it over the dough and mix well, adding more warm water as needed.
After two hours, grease your hands with oil, take a small piece of dough, and place some cheese inside. Then, roll the dough into a ball.
Repeat the process according to the number of balls desired for the cake. Place the balls in a baking tray next to each other.
After a quarter of an hour, place the tray in the middle of the oven at medium heat for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
